About the Book :

Healthy Eating for Busy Moms is a wonderful book written by Dr. Surbhi Prapanna. Everyone has become really busy with their work that there is hardly any time for cooking proper meals. In this age of fast-moving lives, everyone wants to prepare quick meals. But sometimes one tends to make fried food or buys food from outside because of the busy schedules. Over a period of time eating uhnhealthy food, definitely has an adverse effect on one's health. This book has an amazing collection of healthy, quick and easy recipes that can be easily made by anyone.

Why did I read this Book :

I am a mom to a four-year-old boy and I know how hard it is to take care of the house, work, and your child . I try my best to make healthy food but because of time constraints, I just make whatever I can quickly. This really makes me feel guilty because I really want to make healthy and nutritious food for my family. I picked up this book to get tips and healthy recipes for my family. 

My Review :

This book is definitely one of the best recipe books I have read. Surbhi has shared so many healthy recipes. The best thing is that she has explained each ingredient in detail and has shared 3-4 recipes  of the same ingredient. I had heard about Amarnath but had never used for cooking. After reading I got to know how nutritious it is for health. I love Quinoa salad but I never knew that one could make quinoa rice too! I had seen thepla only on TV. I  made methi thepla from Surbhi's recipes and everyone loved it.
All the recipes are healthy and nutritious. Surbhi has explained on how to pre-plan your meals and do a lot of chopping during the weekends. I have tried that and trust me , it really saves time. There is a chapter where other bloggers have shared their tips on health and nutrition which was very interesting to read too. This is a must-read book for all others who want to give healthy, nutritious, and wholesome meals to their families.
